We deliver most of our flowers Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) and charge £5.00 per bouquet or plant.

Order by 5pm on weekdays for delivery the next day
Monday to Saturday: flowers delivered by our our van driver in the Glasgow and Paisley Postcode area. between 10am and 5pm

The Same Day range delivered 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday
Flowers are delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) for £5.00 per bouquet.

*We can also send flowers in association with eFlorist – flowers are arranged and delivered by a local florist at the location of your choosing.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to every postcode in the Glasgow and Paisley.
We will deliver to the rest of the U.K. via our partner company- eFlorist*

Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or send products outside the UK, including BFPO addresses.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.

If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

After you have placed an order

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. In this email, you will find information about when your products will be delivered.

If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, please contact our Customer Care team by filling in our Contact form or by calling 0141 649 9955
between:

9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
9am to 4:30pm Saturday

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Our deliveries are made by our own van drivers. When your order has been dispatched,  If it is not possible to deliver to the intended receiver then our drivers may leave the flowers in a safe place only and will not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the product or its packaging.

If this is not possible, the delivery driver will attempt delivery to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through the letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order once checked out?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team by filling in our Contact Form or by calling 0141 649 9955 between:

8am and 5pm Monday to Friday
8am to 4:30pm Saturday

Please have your order number to hand.

We regret we are unable to make amendments to orders during peak periods, including the 5 working days before Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Can I have flowers and plants delivered to a hospital?

The majority of our flowers and indoor plants are suitable for hospital delivery. However, we always recommend calling the hospital to check their policy regarding flowers and deliveries before placing your order.

Returns, replacements and exchanges

We’ve made returning an item as easy as possible. You may return or exchange your order within 2 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. See our Refunds Policy page for full details.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives and read the attached “Looking after your flowers”.
